Cocoa Beans
We enhance the chocolate by combining it with other outstanding ingredients: real vanilla and real raspberries in our new DESSERT TOPPINGS... cranberries and tart cherries, high in antioxidants, and such spices as ginger, cayenne and Hawaiian sea salt in our LIFESTYLE CHOCOLATES. We source cocoa nibs, macadamia nuts, plump blackberries, sweet pears and more.

A customer told us once that the only way to improve our chocolate was to "add more".
She had a point. All the chocolate we use comes from cocoa beans grown in Africa, primarily in Ghana and the Ivory Coast, which are blended by world-class chocolatiers in Belgium and France, then shipped to us for finishing. In Europe our chocolate is called "couverture", indicating top quality. The chocolate is all natural and high in cocoa content.*

Spices
These ingredients go together using superior recipes - some proprietary and some classic. Some recipes date back 100 years. We add no preservatives, fillers or waxes.
We manufacture our chocolate in small batches, so they arrive to our customers fresh. Combining outstanding ingredients in small batches using superior recipes leads to impeccable flavor. It's that flavor our customers appreciate, the flavor that brings them back for more.
